I haven’t had a good look yet - but Kathi Ross Nash has an app which might list a lot of exercises -search for ‘KRN Pilates’ on the appropriate App Store (think it’s available for Android as well as Apple). That might be the best current complete set for the classical sequence. There’s actually a bunch of additional exercises to the few another poster added - several teasers, sidelying such as hot potato spring to mind for a start - these are on a classical mat dvd by Peter Fiasca, but I’m pretty sure it’s part of other schools too. but it’s $$$$$ ! - I found mine second hand, and it’s really a teachers manual). (I’ve a book by Kathi Ross Nash ie classical/Romana, and there’s lots of modifications for the classical in there.

Plus individual schools add their own modifications.

Tricky thing is, for a comprehensive list there’s a whole bunch of stuff that’s pulled in from elsewhere but gets done in group classes (eg elements of yoga)- and is pretty typical of most of the videos posted here, exercises that have been adapted back to the mat (reformer on the mat), or were originally pre-Pilates (Christina Gadar has published a book of original pre-Pilates, though I’ve not seen a copy). Pilates exercises are performed in a flow of movement without the static poses associated with yoga. Pilates is performed both on apparatus and mats, whereas classic yoga doesn't require any equipment. Both systems emphasize the connection between physical and mental health, although yoga places more emphasis on relaxation and uses meditation. While the methods are different, pilates and yoga both develop strength, balance, flexibility, posture and good breathing technique. What's the difference between pilates and yoga? Pilates immigrated to the US in the 1920s and opened a studio in New York, where he taught his method – which he called contrology – for several decades. His method was influenced by western forms of exercise, including gymnastics, boxing and Greco-Roman wrestling. Pilates was developed by German-born Joseph Pilates, who believed mental and physical health were closely connected. With its system of pulleys and springs, handles and straps, the apparatus can provide either resistance or support, depending on your needs. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using special equipment, such as the Reformer, the Cadillac and Wunda Chair. Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. They are intended to be taught in the same sequence at each level but will. As the name indicates, mat Pilates is done on a mat, and there is no need for any type of equipment. Welcome to /r/Pilates!
